This film documents one of the most tragic incidents that took place in Taiz in 2015. The burning of an oil tank led to a devastating massacre, causing the death and injury of more than 100 victims. The incident exposes the consequences of state failure, where victims continue to wait for justice and reparations. SAM for Rights and Liberties, with support from the DT Institute, led a restorative justice initiative under the SPARK program to advocate for the rights of the victims and promote accountability.
