Justice4Yemen Pact Coalition is pleased to announce a specialized online training program on Transitional Justice, designed to promote national reconciliation and foster trust within Yemeni communities. This training welcomes participation from civil society organizations, activists, political parties, and diverse groups, including minorities, women, and persons with disabilities. The program’s objectives include enhancing awareness and skills related to transitional justice, while empowering participants to engage actively in political transformation. The training will be overseen by esteemed members of the Justice4Yemen Pact Coalition, Abductees’ Mothers Association and SAM Organization for Rights and Liberties, as part of the “SPARK” project.
To qualify for participation, applicants must be Yemeni nationals with at least basic knowledge of human rights concepts. Ideally, applicants will be at least 22 years of age and will have an academic background in the relevant areas. Familiarity with the political and social context in Yemen is also preferred, along with experience in civil society organizations focused on human rights. Participants must commit to attending the online training sessions scheduled for February and March 2025 and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in using electronic platforms such as Google Classroom and Google Teams is also required.
