How do we build a coherent #justice pathway centered on victims ⁉️ Yemeni activist Bilqees Al-Lahabi highlights the importance of placing victims at the heart of the transitional #justice process by listening to their experiences, acknowledging their suffering, and ensuring their meaningful participation in shaping pathways toward #justice and reconciliation. A sustainable #transitional_justice process must go beyond legal frameworks; it should recognize victims’ rights, restore trust, and ensure that those affected by conflict have a central role in shaping the future. This video is part of #SPARK – the Transitional Justice Ambassador Forum, a victim-led initiative that promotes dialogue on transitional justice, accountability, and peacebuilding. The initiative is implemented by DT Institute in partnership with the Abductees’ Mothers Association and SAM for Rights and Liberties.
