Between Two Rights tells the story of a unique restorative justice initiative in Yemen’s Marib Governorate that brought together local authorities, humanitarian organizations, community representatives, and displaced families to find a balanced and sustainable solution to a complex challenge.

Produced under the SPARK project, the documentary explores how dialogue, mutual understanding, and collective action helped facilitate the restoration of public facilities while ensuring that displaced families were relocated in a safe, dignified, and rights-based manner.

By highlighting a practical example of conflict-sensitive problem-solving, the film demonstrates the potential of restorative justice to strengthen social cohesion, build trust among stakeholders, and contribute to peacebuilding and recovery efforts in conflict-affected communities.
